Technology, security and IT infrastructure for institutions, businesses and homes in Albania.
We are a 100% Albanian company headquartered in Durrës with a branch in Tirana. We sell, design, install and maintain IT equipment, CCTV, networks and security systems, and supply printer consumables and office supplies, with warranty and professional advice.
Who we are
Albital Canon was founded in February 1999 by three Albanian partners, with the vision of offering information technology products and services to public institutions and private companies. After more than two decades in the IT equipment market and over 15 years in CCTV and IP security systems, we have grown steadily, focused on service quality and on solutions that make our clients’ work more productive. 2025 was our best year so far.
What we do
IT equipment and infrastructure
Computers, servers, storage, virtualisation, data centres and disaster recovery: from supply to installation and maintenance.
CCTV and security systems
Analogue and IP cameras, NVRs, video walls, access control and perimeter security, designed for your premises.
Computer networks
Cat5/Cat6 cabling, fibre and wireless networks, switches and firewalls, plus network and data security.
Queue management systems
Electronic queue systems with real-time reporting, installed and maintained in dozens of customer care centres.
Printers, consumables and office supplies
Printers, copiers, original and compatible toner and ink, and office and home supplies.
Design, service and maintenance
Consulting, design, installation, warranty and after-sales service by our own technicians, plus school labs and multimedia systems.
Our team
The company is led by the Administrator and the Executive Director, an electronics engineer with over 20 years of experience in this market. Our semi-centralised structure lets each department decide quickly on day-to-day work, so clients get fast, high-quality service.

At least three of our service specialists focus on CCTV systems. The team’s experience building cabled, fibre and wireless networks naturally supports our monitoring and security projects. Our technicians regularly follow manufacturers’ online training. We also work in English, Italian and French.

Founded
Three Albanian partners found Albital Canon in Durrës to bring information technology to institutions and businesses.
- 2007
CCTV systems
We start designing and installing CCTV and IP surveillance systems, today one of our core areas.
- 2014
Ministry of Justice
IT equipment and a CCTV system for the General Directorate of Prisons, in a joint venture with RealCom.
- 2016
OSHEE data centre
Upgrade and maintenance of the OSHEE data centre IT systems, with S&T Albania and Infoteam.
- 2017
Queue management, OSHEE
A queue management system with centralised software and audio-video monitoring in 84 customer care centres, delivered in under 45 days. From 2019 to 2022 we maintained and extended it ourselves.
- 2018
40-screen video wall
A video wall of 40 × 55″ monitors in the new OSHEE building, with our partner RealCom: the first of this size in the Balkans.

Perimeter security, OST
Perimeter security, monitoring and alarm infrastructure for OST offices and substations, with S&T Albania and RealCom.

Parliament: livestream
The live streaming and video-on-demand system for the Parliament of Albania.

Maritime safety
Navigation equipment to improve maritime safety for the General Maritime Directorate, with RealCom.

Parliament: virtual desktops (VDI)
Virtual infrastructure and virtual desktops for the Parliament of Albania, with S&T Albania.

External expertise and development of the REGLPORTS monitoring system for the National Coastal Agency.

We import mainly from authorised distributors in Italy, such as Esprinet, Altinia, Acer Italy and Infoteam, and directly from quality manufacturers in China. We also work with the main local distributors, such as Axians Albania, Real Com and Infosoft.
