1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

• When you order: your name, phone, email, delivery address, city, order notes, the products, the amount and payment method. For a business invoice, also the business name and tax number (NIPT).
• When you create an account: your email, name, addresses and order history. Your password is stored encrypted and we cannot see it.
• When you subscribe to offers: your email.
• When you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
• When you visit the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and cookies (see section 7).

We do not ask for or store bank card details.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To fulfil your order (confirmation, delivery, invoice, warranty, after-sales service): this is necessary for the sales contract.
• To meet legal obligations, such as invoicing, accounting and requests from authorities.
• To keep the site secure (protection against spam, fraud and attacks): our legitimate interest.
• For visit statistics, advertising and the newsletter: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed, with:

• Courier companies that deliver orders outside Tirana and Durrës: your name, phone and address.
• Service providers that help us run the site: our server in Albania, Cloudflare (site security and speed), Zoho (sending emails), Google (Analytics, AdSense and reCAPTCHA, subject to your consent where required) and Telegram (internal alerts to our staff when a new order arrives).
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there.
• Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside Albania, in the EU or the USA. We only work with providers that apply internationally recognised safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Your account: until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Messages and requests: for as long as needed to reply and for the warranty.
• Technical and security data: for a short period, usually a few weeks.

6. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need the data for their work can access it. We protect our systems with technical and organisational measures, such as strong passwords, access control and backups.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. On your first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept.

• Necessary: cart, sign-in, language, security. These are always on, because the site does not work without them.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. Only with your consent.
• Advertising: Google AdSense, for ads. Without your consent, only non-personalised ads are shown.

You can change your choice at any time from the cookie button on the site, or by deleting cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it;
• restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a readable format;
• withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (idp.al).

9. Children

Our site and products are not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
